can i order zovirax online Crema Mexicana is an essential ingredient in my kitchen.  Crema is a condiment to many Mexican dishes.  Especially if the dish is spicy, the cream cuts the heat a bit, like tacos, chilaquiles, and enchiladas.  Basically the crema is made from heavy cream and something with active cultures like buttermilk, sour cream, or plain yogurt.  I actually use greek yogurt.  I feel this homemade crema tastes better than the store bought one.  This is a very versatile recipe as it can be called creme fraiche.

fucidin buy online INGREDIENTS:

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 teaspoons plain yogurt

1/4 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS:

Combine cream and yogurt and pour into a mason jar and cover loosely using a paper towel so it can breathe.  I put the jar in the oven or in a warm place for 24 hours.  Stir the cream and refrigerate, this will allow it to thicken up.

Before you use the cream, add salt for the traditional mexican crema.  You can also add chipotle adobo, lime juice, cilantro, or whatever else you desire.
